6:05 SPEAKER_10: In the cold dampness of the slaughterhouse, something still moved.

6:09 SPEAKER_10: Someone no one dared to disturb until tonight.

6:12 SPEAKER_10: Sarah, Mike, James, of Twisted Souls Paranormal Investigation Team were about to do a live feed for their YouTube channel at Old Miller Slaughterhouse.

6:26 SPEAKER_10: Alright, guys, everybody geared up.

6:28 SPEAKER_10: Body cams, working walkie-talkies, headlamps.

6:32 SPEAKER_10: We're going live in five minutes.

6:36 SPEAKER_10: Mike said as he lit a cigarette and nodded to James and Sarah.

6:40 SPEAKER_10: Mike and James started the group two years ago.

6:43 SPEAKER_10: Sarah was only four months in.

6:45 SPEAKER_10: All three had experience in audio engineering, video editing, and using the latest ghost hunting tech.

6:53 SPEAKER_00: I really hope we get some good shit on camera tonight.

6:56 SPEAKER_00: Our numbers have been down lately and we've been losing viewers.

6:59 SPEAKER_07: Yeah, me too.

7:00 SPEAKER_07: I didn't drop$500 bucks on this equipment for nothing.

7:03 SPEAKER_07: Mike, you about ready?

7:04 SPEAKER_07: You guys look over the script?

7:07 SPEAKER_10: Mike flipped his butt, then gave him the thumbs up.

7:12 SPEAKER_10: Let's have a good night, guys, and stay in communication at all times once we're in.

7:17 SPEAKER_10: And here we go.

7:20 SPEAKER_10: Three, two, one.

7:23 SPEAKER_10: We're live.

7:24 SPEAKER_10: Welcome our tortured souls.

7:26 SPEAKER_10: We are Twisted Souls Paranormal.

7:28 SPEAKER_10: And tonight we are taking you live on an investigation to a pretty creepy fucking place.

7:34 SPEAKER_10: I'm Mike.

7:35 SPEAKER_10: That's James.

7:36 SPEAKER_10: That's Sarah.

7:37 SPEAKER_10: Say hi to our viewers, gang.

7:41 SPEAKER_10: James and Sarah's cam cut to each other as they said hello.

7:46 SPEAKER_10: And where are we tonight, Sarah?

7:50 SPEAKER_05: We are at the old abandoned Miller's slaughterhouse in the town of Hollow Ridge, and we're here to investigate and check out to see if the urban legend is true.

8:00 SPEAKER_10: The camera cuts to James' face, and he's adjusting his black ball cap with the team's logo on it.

8:06 SPEAKER_07: For sure, the legend is that between the 1930s and 40s, Miller's slaughterhouse housed cows, chickens, and pigs.

8:13 SPEAKER_07: A warehouse full of animals to be butchered and packed up and shipped out all over to the neighboring towns.

8:20 SPEAKER_10: Mike lit another cigarette as the camera cut back to him.

8:25 SPEAKER_10: So, rumor goes that some of Miller's employees started going missing.

8:29 SPEAKER_10: People quit their jobs all the time and didn't come back.

8:33 SPEAKER_10: But at the time, people couldn't afford to quit, and Mr.

8:36 SPEAKER_10: Miller paid top wages at the slaughterhouse to his employees.

8:40 SPEAKER_10: Mr.

8:40 SPEAKER_10: Miller often stated that somehow the place felt out of sorts at night when he was closing up.

8:46 SPEAKER_10: In the police report, he also stated that he would hear voices or faint whispers in the dark.

8:52 SPEAKER_10: One night, Mrs.

8:54 SPEAKER_10: Miller was helping her husband clean up so they could go home for the night.

8:57 SPEAKER_10: She was just down the hall, hosing the blood that had accumulated throughout the day.

9:16 SPEAKER_07: Mr.

9:16 SPEAKER_07: Miller also stated that he swore on a stack of Bibles that he saw the walls breathing, pulsating, and beating.

9:23 SPEAKER_07: When questioned about the disappearance of his employees and his wife, he stared off into the distance and said the slaughterhouse just took him.

9:31 SPEAKER_10: So join us to see if there's any truth to the urban legend, or if it's all just bullshit.

9:55 SPEAKER_10: The room smelt of stale blood.

9:58 SPEAKER_10: Mike laughed and said, Guys, we got cobwebs.

10:01 SPEAKER_10: This is scary shit.

10:03 SPEAKER_10: Then, all three heard a faint moan from the other side of the room.

10:08 SPEAKER_10: James said it was just their imagination.

10:10 SPEAKER_10: Or he wished it had been.

10:13 SPEAKER_05: What the fuck was that?

10:14 SPEAKER_05: Did you guys just hear that?

10:16 SPEAKER_10: It's an old building.

10:18 SPEAKER_10: Probably pipes or something.

10:19 SPEAKER_10: When investigating, we gotta be ready to debunk shit and rule out the obvious.

10:26 SPEAKER_10: They all made their way to the main slaughterhouse room, holding EMF meters and digital recorders.

10:33 SPEAKER_10: A ping on the EMF meter spiked to an eight.

10:36 SPEAKER_10: They were definitely getting some serious activity.

10:42 SPEAKER_07: Note man, look closer at the walls.

10:44 SPEAKER_07: Something doesn't feel right in here, mate.

10:46 SPEAKER_07: I'm probably just tripping.

10:47 SPEAKER_07: But I thought I saw the bloody walls moving.

10:50 SPEAKER_05: Yeah, Mike, I'm getting crazy readings, and I'm also picking up something strange from my headphones.

10:56 SPEAKER_05: I can't quite make it out.

10:57 SPEAKER_05: It's probably just some interference, but it sounds like someone's breathing or whispering.

11:07 SPEAKER_10: Then again, it could be a number of things, Sarah.

11:09 SPEAKER_10: It could be lead paint, asbestos, high EMF fields.

11:14 SPEAKER_10: What do you guys think at home?

11:21 SPEAKER_10: Sarah made her way over to one of the walls and touched them.

11:25 SPEAKER_10: They weren't just damp, they felt alive.

11:28 SPEAKER_10: But looked like veins bulged under the surface.

11:32 SPEAKER_10: The metal hooks from the long-forgotten butchery dripped a thick, black sludge, and from the shadows, a low growl whispered their names.

13:36 SPEAKER_05: Who's there?

13:37 SPEAKER_05: Who the fuck is saying our names?

13:39 SPEAKER_05: You guys had to have heard that this time.

13:42 SPEAKER_07: Sarah said in a panicked voice.

13:45 SPEAKER_07: Okay, I am definitely freaked the fuck out, guys.

13:49 SPEAKER_07: According to the thermo readouts, it's dropped a whole 10 degrees.

13:52 SPEAKER_07: I'm getting a bad feeling, mate.

13:53 SPEAKER_07: This is putting the bloody willies on me.

13:56 SPEAKER_10: A single hook swayed in the middle of the room.

13:59 SPEAKER_10: Slowly they turned, getting it on cam.

14:03 SPEAKER_10: It swung, revealing what was hanging from it.

14:06 SPEAKER_10: Not meat.

14:08 SPEAKER_10: No.

14:08 SPEAKER_10: It was a bloody face.

14:10 SPEAKER_10: It was Jason's face.

14:13 SPEAKER_10: Still attached to his body.

14:15 SPEAKER_10: But it had been peeled back, the skin flapping as his muscles quivered underneath.

14:20 SPEAKER_10: But there was no way because James was just standing behind them a second ago.

14:25 SPEAKER_10: He was just talking.

14:31 SPEAKER_07: Help! Oh God, help me.

14:33 SPEAKER_07: I can feel it crawling.

14:34 SPEAKER_07: Inside me.

14:35 SPEAKER_07: Mike, Sarah.

14:38 SPEAKER_10: Mike turned and threw up Sarah screaming.

14:42 SPEAKER_10: The chat was going crazy.

14:44 SPEAKER_10: His eyes blinked, but his mouth didn't move.

14:47 SPEAKER_10: The whispers had become him.

14:50 SPEAKER_10: His skinless body started walking towards Sarah and Mike, his exposed muscles pulsing with every inch of his beam.

14:58 SPEAKER_05: What the fuck is happening?

15:00 SPEAKER_05: Cut the goddamn feed, Mike.

15:02 SPEAKER_05: That's not James.

15:03 SPEAKER_05: We need to get the hell out of here.

15:07 SPEAKER_10: Mike tried to cut the live broadcast but couldn't.

15:10 SPEAKER_10: As more viewers started to watch the horror unfold, Sarah and Mike were more hysterical.

15:16 SPEAKER_10: They ran.

15:17 SPEAKER_10: But every corner they turned, the walls were closing in.

15:21 SPEAKER_10: They weren't just brick and steel anymore.

15:23 SPEAKER_10: No.

15:24 SPEAKER_10: They were muscles, flesh, tendons, snapping as the structure rearranged itself.

15:31 SPEAKER_10: Trapped them like arteries, tightening around their prey.

15:41 SPEAKER_05: God damn it, Mike.

15:43 SPEAKER_05: Are you fucking even listening?

15:44 SPEAKER_05: James is gone.

15:45 SPEAKER_05: Mr.

15:45 SPEAKER_05: Miller was right.

15:47 SPEAKER_05: This building is alive.

15:51 SPEAKER_10: But the whispers.

15:52 SPEAKER_10: They promised relief.

15:54 SPEAKER_10: Peace.

15:55 SPEAKER_10: If only they would listen.

15:58 SPEAKER_10: Mike stopped staring at the pulsating massive organs embedded in the walls, living like a breathing heart.

16:06 SPEAKER_06: It doesn't hurt Mike.

16:08 SPEAKER_06: It never hurts.

16:09 SPEAKER_06: We're starving.

16:10 SPEAKER_06: Come closer.

16:11 SPEAKER_06: Become part of us, mate.

16:17 SPEAKER_10: Sarah's cam switched to her face as tears ran down her cheeks.

16:22 SPEAKER_10: Mike's breathing slowed as he approached the wall, his hands slowly reaching out, caressing the wet, pulsing surface.

16:30 SPEAKER_10: The sound of skin merging with flesh.

16:37 SPEAKER_05: No, Mike, no, what the hell are you doing?

16:40 SPEAKER_05: Are you fucking insane?

16:42 SPEAKER_05: We need to get the hell out of here.

16:59 SPEAKER_10: His hand disappeared first, swallowed by the meat.

17:03 SPEAKER_10: Then his arm, then his chest.

17:06 SPEAKER_10: As his face was drawn into the wall, he smiled.

17:09 SPEAKER_10: His lips parting from flesh from the wall began to sew itself into him.

17:14 SPEAKER_10: He was becoming one with it.

17:17 SPEAKER_10: Sarah turned to run, but there was nowhere to go.

17:21 SPEAKER_10: The floor beneath her was soft like flesh, sinking under her feet.

17:26 SPEAKER_10: She could hear the whispers growing louder, rising from the ground, seeping into her bones.

17:35 SPEAKER_10: Sarah made it back to the first room where they first entered the old slaughterhouse.

17:40 SPEAKER_10: She was only about a hundred feet away from the broken window.

17:43 SPEAKER_10: All she had to do was go through it and run to the van.

17:47 SPEAKER_10: She was done with ghost hunting, done with investigations, and most certainly, done with any more urban legends.

17:54 SPEAKER_10: Her friends were all dead, and somehow she survived.

17:59 SPEAKER_10: And then the floor split open.

18:02 SPEAKER_10: A gaping maw of muscle and teeth swallowed her whole.

18:06 SPEAKER_10: The last thing she saw was James's face, skinless and smiling, as his voice, no longer human, whispered one last time.

18:46 SPEAKER_10: But every now and then, at night, people swear they hear whispering, calling out for more flesh.

19:08 SPEAKER_04: The Twisted Souls paranormal teams set out to find some urban legends and perhaps some ghosts to boost their followers.
